Q: It looks like your website only accepts Paypal. Is there another way to pay for my items?
A: Yes! The option is a little bit hidden, but it's there. First, check out using the Paypal option. Then, when you are transferred to the Paypal log-in page, don't log in. Instead, scroll down a little farther to the second option for paying with a credit or debit card without using a Paypal account. Voila!
Q: Do badges come with badge holders?
A: No. When you purchase a badge, you'll receive the magnetic piece only. Badge holders are sold separately, but can be found in the badge section of my store. You only need one badge holder, but you can easily swap out the badges to a different design every day of the week or to match your MINI's mood.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: I ship most items out the next business day, but custom creations like Eyeshades take longer because they need to be made from scratch. Most decals, stickers, and badges take about 3-5 business days of transit time for locations within the United States. International orders travel for around 10-15 business days. All of my products ship out from Colorado.
Q: What are your shop policies?
A: The following information describes my shop policies:
Shipping processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes: I will ship to most countries overseas. Please note that non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon delivery of your package.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment options: Currently, I accept Paypal and credit/debit cards payments through Paypal.
Returns & exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges on products that are NOT custom orders within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery in unused and undamaged condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The original shipping cost will not be included in the returned item refund.

Q: Can my car club or I order any products in bulk?
A: Yes! I offer bulk discounts on items like decals and badges in quantities of 25 or more. I'll even do group buy events on Eyeshades! Just ask!
Q: Can I order an existing decal at a different size than stated in the item description?
A: Yes, just let me know prior to making your purchase so that I can calculate the new price and set up a custom listing for you.
Q: Will the grill badges you sell fit my existing grill badge holder?
A: My badges fit all universal 3" badge holders and the badges are magnetic, so they'll attach to most magnetically receptive surfaces as well.
Q: Do the decals come with instructions?
A: They sure do. If you're applying a decal for the first time, it can be a little tricky to understand which layers to pull apart first. Just look on the back of your decal for the instructions! (However, if it's a simple-shaped printed sticker that doesn't require transfer tape, no instructions will be provided. If you don't know how to apply one of those, what kind of childhood did you have?)
Q: Do you ship to Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, Mexico (or another country)?
A: Yes, indeed! Everything in my shop is available for international shipping.
Q: Can I call Artistic Reflection?
A: Sorry, no. Please make your enquiries through the email-based "Contact" page.
Q: What if my car's sunshade template isn't available for an Eyeshade?
A: Fear not if your template isn't already available! You can send in a template from which it can be made. Simply create a large paper cut-out of the shape it should be. It's suggested that you start by roughing out the size from the outside of the windshield and then marking and cutting out the curves of the windshield from the inside. Don't forget the U-notch for the rearview mirror! You want to make sure that you can get the final product in and out of the windshield! Once done, contact me and I'll give you instructions on where to ship your new template. Also, if your car is a very new car (current year or the next), the shade may be coming available soon. Just ask!
Q: I don't know my car's official color name. How else can you match the color?
A: Just send me a photo of your car and I'll color match from there. Make sure there aren't excessive reflections on the car or any other conditions that make the color appear different than how you think it should look.
Q: Is the color matching on Eyeshades exact?
A: Most of the time I can get really close to the paint color, but with the way car paint can shift at different angles and in different situations (time of day, reflections, bounced light) it's unlikely that the Eyeshade will be 100% color perfect when compared directly with your car's paint. However, I do my best to get it as close as I can! The Eyeshade will look and fit like it was made just for you car - because it was!
Q: Can you rush an order?
A: Sometimes. It really depends on the product and inventory available. Many of my smaller items ship out a day or two after you place your order, but on larger and custom products like Eyeshades, it may not be possible due to the nature of the way they are created. If you have a tight deadline to get an item, please ask first, but know that sometimes creating a product faster is beyond my control.
Q: It's hot where I live. How will my Eyeshade hold up?
A: Eyeshades are made with some of the best sunshades in the world and are meant to stand up to the heat. The vinyl adhered to them is outdoor quality, meant for use on vehicles and signs. Not only will it hold up in your windshield, but the colors will last longer than most sunshades with designs on them. In the case that your shade gets really, really hot, there is a chance that over time the vinyl can loosen and relax a lot and end up looking a bit more wrinkly than it did when it was new. This is normal and to be expected in certain situations.
Q: Can I use my Eyeshade in cold weather?
A: Yes, but if the shade is allowed to reach freezing temperatures, the vinyl will no longer be pliable. Until it warms up, there is a chance the vinyl can crack when folded or unfolded.
Q: How are Eyeshades made?
A: Put simply, I take your design customizations and create artwork based upon them. The art is then printed on a large piece of vinyl, laminated, and finally installed to a sunshade made to fit your specific vehicle. The result is a fun and functional Eyeshade!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: In the unlikely case that you're unhappy with your purchase, I will do anything I can to make it right. However, I can't accept returns on custom items such as Eyeshades. Once in progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased from my shop, I do offer returns or trades within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns or trades is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of placing your order.
Q: Why are Eyeshades so much more expensive than regular sunshades?
A: The Eyeshade cost is a question that I get often and it's important to understand that these are not cheap, bulk-made, flimsy sunshades. They are custom-made and are built with the highest quality materials. I start with a thick, folding sunshade that I have cut to fit your particular car model's unique windshield shape. Then, I overlay your printed design with your choice of expression, skin color, eye color, and accessories. The print is made using vehicle vinyl and ink, which is laminated to protect against fading in the sun. Your finished Eyeshade is then slipped into a protective pouch for safe-keeping when you're not using it. I can put many hours into making an Eyeshade and consider each a piece of art. It is all of these combined factors that make for a very high-quality customized product, and also a higher price tag than regular sunshades.
